On the frontiers session

Advanced growth characterization and metrology, ex-situ or in-situ, examination of failures during deposition, both on the machine and chemistry side, looking for novel solutions to persisting issues that are not known, for example, removal of oxides in the solvent phase, or conformal deposition on non-fluidizable powders….

• The workshop will be held at the Small Congress Centre of the Slovak Academy of Sciences in the heart of Bratislava Old Town, opposite to the Presidential Palace.

• The location would allow all participants to enjoy the surroundings on foot, with plenty of hotels nearby.

• Thanks to the on-site cafeteria, the only available coffee is freshly brewed.
